Subproject Objective: To build a permanent building, purposely for community communal meetings and other social and religious gatherings and host to other local organized workshop's venues.

Brief Description: The need for a central permanent building that provide the community a venue for communal, social and religious gatherings. A venue that all various groups (youths, chiefs, women, etc) can able to gather and discuss issues relevant to their activities and create an environment that promote effective participation. The proposed building is designed for a lower concrete floor and raised columns structures with beams, rafters and roofing iron.
