Subproject Objective: To build a permanent community hall which will provide conducive venue and other convenience facilities to cater for training, conferences and community meetings, information dissemination and recreational activities.

Brief Description: An improved and proper community hall building is the most priority need for the improvement of services and facilitation of community activities in our community and nearby areas. Buala has no proper facilities as such. Current community meeting hall cannot cater for our fast growing population and not conducive for any community or ward meetings, information dissemination and recreational. This community hall will be an open hall consisting of one large open room and separate toilet room to be constructed. Community and Isabel provincial government has pledge its support to contribute in kind in the construction of this RDP supported community hall project.
